I absolutely love finding unique ways to capture images that reflect YOU and bring your photos to life. No matter how we decide to approach your session - you can bet I'm excited to get to it and create some art.

Here are some things you need to know about our session...

BOOKING TIMES
You may have heard of a photographer term 'the golden hour', and it is absolutely true. The best colours and light are captured during the golden hour (the hour before sunset), when warm skin tones and gold light leaks bring photos to life. This doesn't mean that an overcast session isn't as beautiful (trust me, we will find a way to make it special), but aiming for this golden hour will help to tell a story with light in such a darling way you'll feel beautiful before you've even seen your gallery! Most sessions are booked a couple hours before sunset to ensure lots of variety and room for error.

WHAT TO WEAR
Gentlemen; think jeans and trousers with soft neutral shirts, layered with light jackets, soft colours.

Ladies; jeans and trousers too, but add options like soft flowy skirts, layers, boots. 

Kids; jeans and jackets, overalls, gumboots, layers. 

Tip: try not to match everyone in the same outfit - work your colours and feel comfortable being YOU.

LOCATION
I have a few faithful secret spots around the south east, varying from the beach (sand & ocean/rocks & greenery) to woodlands & pines. I am always up for suggestions and totally encourage using unique spots like family properties and special places that mean something to you.
